Please follow these simple steps to start the return process

• Send us an email telling why you are returning the item
• You will receive an RMA authorization number for your item.
• Pack your item and send it to us with a copy of your invoice and the RMA number on it.
• Once the items are received they will go trough inspection to ensure the package was send for the correct reason.
• Once done with inspection we will contact you to decide in what ways you would like to procede next.

Please keep in mind that we inspect every box before leaving our warehouse. In the event the box is lost or damage after leaving our warehouse we will either send you another item of the same of refund your money Execpt for shipping charges.
