Rating Fleet
  A good smoke at a good value. Sometimes the cigar is either packed too tight or the quailty of paper is substandard as some of the cigars have splits in them. Also, the filters have come loose from the cigars... Quality control needs to improve on these two issues but for the most part, they are worth the cost.
