Fonseca Cigars were introduced in 1962. And it was re-blended in 1991. These cigars use a choice of tobaccos grown in the Cibao Valley of the Dominican Rep. For the wrapper they use either a Connecticut Shade (natural) or Connecticut Broadleaf (maduro). Most sizes for the Fonseca Cigars are offered in boxes of 24.
